Thank you all for reading my post, I managed to fix the issue.
I unplugged the device and plugged it back, I discovered that it became responsive for a short period of time before freezing over again.
During this period, I accessed to the "Device >Network > Erase Options " , where I was prompted that the changes will be effective after the device reboots.
Since it froze over again, I decided to unplugg it one more time and when I plugged it back, the device was no longer stuck with the Static IP and started working normally again.
I hope this will help some other users, these Xerox Devices are not cheap but very usefull.
I am pleading for help!
I tried to assign an Static IP Address to my B215 Multifunctional device through the CentreWare Internet Services.
Appearantly I succeeded in doing so but after restarting the device, if I access the assigned IP to reach the internet services, the General Status Tab keeps waiting for the said address to display any information.
Along wiith this issue, the printer display responds very slowly to any command and the device won´t enter to sleep mode at all.
I've search for a method to resolve this issue, but I am no expert in these topics. Is there a way to fix it?
Thank you in advance for your help.
