I found two article below for resetting factory default for you to review.  If this is not what you're looking for, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797. 

Factory Defaults Reset or Memory Clear.

Restore Default Values to Machine Software.

Best Practice : Initialize C60/C70 device prior to lease return

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70
Operating System: Not Specified

Would anyone care to share best practices for overwriting, initializing all data & programming prior to lease return or donation? I have found overwriting image data schedule with Machine Status > Tools.  The device in question is the Color C60/C70.  Thank you.
