DRUM and Fuser have different results, a bad fuser will either overheat the toner and it will flake off the page, or not heat it enough and it will smudge off when you touch it.
The Drum lays the toner down, so it would be the issue assuming the toner doesn't smudge if either thing is the cause.
Having said that, it looks fused and looks like basically a dirty machine inside that needs a cleaning.
Take out the drum and look at the roller, if it is failed from damage it will be visible and you will know it's that. If the drum looks fine it will be toner spilled in the machine on the rollers, use an air duster and a face mask, keep away from carpets etc etc.
Our Workcentre 24 is printing dark bands of toner in all copies. It gets worse as the machine warms up and prints more than 1 copy There are no replacement messages. It seems like this is a drum or fused problem. Picture is attached. Before we spend tons of money on trial and error, can anyone tell me if this can be fixed, if so how?
Thank you
