Black screen error

Hi, I've just installed the Print and Scan Experience App, and now I'm attempting to connect to a remote computer using the Splashtop app. However, I'm encountering a problem where I can only see a black screen. I'm wondering if the Print and Scan App might be the cause of this issue, as it's the most recent installation. Could it potentially be blocking access?
