Budgeting/Planning for Upgrade Replacement

I am sure it is more than 5 years old, but I am not sure when we got it. It only has 185,000 impressions, so it should have plenty of life left.

The quality of the B405 does not seem nearly as good as the 3550. The paper drawers and such do not seem as sturdy

Hi,

Average monthly page volume for 3550 it is up to 8.000. But average life for the machine is about 5 years.

For replacement I will recommend for you VersLink B405.

I would like to have a plan for upgrading

We only print approximately 4,500 impressions a month and have a small office with 4 people.

I realize there is no “real answer” but roughly, what is a reasonable expectation for life time number of impressions?

The printer has served us well and other than the document feeder not being able to jam every time it’s used, it works very well.

We have had no service issues and clean it fairly regularly.
