Bug - Printers crashes when printing specific file

I would like to submit you a bug. Today one of my users tried to print an anomalous pdf file. It was 100 pages, some of them A4, other with non-standard dimensions. He printed using acrobat option "Choose paper source by pdf page size".
The printer shown a message error (in italian). It's translation should be: Cause of a system error, all printer jobs have been deleted". Other users tried to print, the result for them was some completely corrupted pages (coloured bars instead of their documents). After a reboot all worked fine, until this user tried again to print that file.
The solution has been to uncheck acrobat option "Choose paper source by pdf page size".
My aim, with this post, is to make this bug visible to Xerox.
