Don't have DVD's

I see a 'mounted' E drive on the system named EFI

Not sure how to go along booting it

About how many DISK's would it be?

Hi,

"fiery" have right. If the server is stuck in Starting up it, means it not booting into ready state, so you certainly need to reinstall the Fiery system software from DVD's or from clone (if you have one).

Windows updates will break more than they will fix in most cases with a Fiery.

I still think you have the Windows Firewall enabled.

I've also installed an anti-virus Che led toake sure no viruses.

I tried to install the updates that FSM says I need no luck .

They are not installing.

I am now installing the 148 updates Windows sent which we have never installed since getting the Fiery and will let y'all know I'm hoping something works cause right now we are dead on the water.

@fierywrote:

It may not have booted up to ready. Can you print a config sheet from the Fiery? If so then its the network.

I will check and see what the issue is,

my brother (network admin, at his job) did some pinging and the sorts. I was not in so was only told what he did.

I'll try that what you suggested and see if it's sorted. thanks
