C75 with SIQA

Having terrible front-to-back alignment issues with our J75.  Image skew getting progressively worse.  Attempting to do an Auto Alignment using SIQA tool, but am missing a key element in being able to do that process:  the file called SIQA Doc Background.pdf that is mentioned in the SIQA user guide.  The guide says it should be in the SIQA install folder on the computer (a Fiery EX external server) buy we're unable to locate that folder. And it appears our analyst did not leave us the install DVD or USB drive either.  

Anyone here know where I can get a copy of the "SIQA Doc Background.pdf" to use with the Auto Alignment process?

Could you or some other member tell me how to get Xerox SIQA toolset.

I have a C75 Press with a Fiery EX C75.

FYI Update:

It turns out that the Xerox Tech missed a setting after he had to reinitialize the machine after a paper jam. The trays now seem to be working fine, 

I love the SIQA, it is setting the registration much better than the old tray alignment was doing. Very happy with the C75 so far, only problem is I have to do some workarounds to do the color calibration, but I understand EFI is working on that in next update of Command Workstation.

I am using SIQA on a PC laptop running Windows 8.

I don't think windows 8 is the problem, because the bypass tray works great with the SIQA. Registation is dead on after using SIQA with the bypass tray.

Initially Windows 8 was not compatible with the install, but that solution was solved by Xerox.

I am only having problems with the SIQA, when using it with the trays. and only when I try to apply the settings. It says that the adjustments are out side the range of the trays. It still lets me save the settings, but the registration is way off.

I'm running windows 8 with the SIQA and the software works fine, but only for the bypass tray.

It has not worked at adjusting the 3 standard trays. It says the adjustment is out of range for the trays after all of the readings. It doesn't matter which of the 3 trays or the paper weight and type I use.

What version of windows are you using? It would only work for me in WIndows XP. Windows 7 would freeze up, even in compatability mode.

Has anybody had any success using SIQA?  I have been unable to compete an alignment adjustment using the procedure in 702P01129.  After step 25 on page 2-9 is completed the SIQA program gets stuck in a state of Adjustment in progress Please wait.  I have left it in this state for two hours without any progress.  As stated I am attempting this on a C75 with the SIQA software installed on the external Fiery EX controller connected directly to the IOT via crossover cable.  Have opened a log with second level, 020 599 084, but have not heard anything back.  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
