I unfortunately cannot find anything on this issue. I would recommend trying a different power source. If that doesn't work, you may need a service call: 1-800-821-2797.

Hello, my friend. I bought the C8055 refurbished machine, BOOT display is complete, the machine can not enter the system normally, it is suggested that the postal code "N" after changing several firmware can not be turned on to enter the system normally.
