Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention which printer you are using.  I will give you an example of what you would need to do to enable the Maintenance Assistant.  The instruction may be different for the model of printer you are using.  You can search using the model number of your printer on the online support page.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
