Print a Network Configuration Page, and you will see if the HTTP-protocol is enabled or not.

CWIS Inaccessible after firmware upgrade from xxxxx.100 to xxxx.105 in WC 3220

I have just now purchased xerox 3220. It came with 2.50.00.100 firmware. When I tried to set the SMTP there was no option for SSL. And without SSL I cant setup my gmail address. After going through the support forum I come to know that the device needs firmware upgradation. So I upgraded it to new firmware on your support site i.e 2.50.00.105. Before installation of firmware I can easily access my CWIS. But after successful installation of new firmware I can ping my machine successfully but cannot access it using CWIS. The CWIS option is enabled on the machine. I dont know how can I access it and check if http is enabled or not.

 

Please help me urgently in this regard.
