CWW 5.9.22 : Report Empty

Hi,

 

I have a strange trouble. I configured the CWW to manage some our Xerox printer on our network. Everything seems to be fine. I discover the printer that I want to manage, add some SMTP configuration and when I check a particular printer through the web interface everyting seems working.

 

So I configured my daily reports. But when I want to display a report to be sure that the information selected are the ones I'm looking for, I've always got a message saying : There is no data to display.

 

I can't make it works. What Am I doing wrong ?
