Check with your provider for the supply.

Some cartridge may been a activation code for activating the supply installation code on your device.

Can a Versalink C7000 printer use Extra High -Capacity toners?

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

I need to replace one of the toners for the first time. I ordered it with our provider, they sent me one Xerox Original that is Extra High-Capacity (106R03740) but the printer says it is not compatible. My provider says that the specification of the toner says "Compatible with Versalink C7000 Series".

My question is:  Are these toners really compatible with a Printer Versalink C7000?... 

I will really appreciate your help.
