Can product registration be disabled?

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

I installed drivers to print from a 2nd PC, and that PC is constantly prompted to register the printer, why to use authentic toner, etc. The printer has already been registered. There is no option onscreen to stop asking. The user of that PC is not in charge of those things. How do I stop it?
