Hi,
I've been able to access the web interface for my Workcentre 7655 until recently. I access it usually once a month or so, and tried recently with no success. I verified that TCP/Ip is still enabled, as well as HTTP. The IP address is 192.168.1.89 (as it has always been) but that address shows no result in the 3 different browsers (and two different computers) I have tried to access it from.
Is there a reason this would just stop working?
Thank you,
Adam
Hi you!
I'd see if HTTP might have been disabled for some reason, have a look HERE.
Best Regards

To make matters worse, the right half of my LCD screen is not responsive to touch. I have tried recalibration and everything else I can think of. At this point, I don't know how to see if HTTP is enable without the LCD screen working (other than looking at the configuration report).
And on a separate note, are these screens easily replaceable? I'm aware the part could cost ~$1,000.
Assuming you can ping it and print but can't access the web page, then it probably needs a network controller software reload.
The cause of the unresponsive UI is the touch screen.
Is there a procedure for the network software reload?
