Can't Access configuration menu

Select Change password, change it to something other than its default and then log back in

I just purchased a Workcenter 3335 but cannot access the configuration menu. I log on with admin/password. it sucessfully logs me in but the only options shown is LOG OFF and CHANGE PASSWORD. How do I get access to all the configuration.
