Can't set "TONER LOW ALERT"

Jump to solution

Hi,

I own xerox phaser 3160B, I want to set it to "TONER LOW ALERT".
The user manual says:
" 2. From the Start menu, select Programs or All Programs > your printer driver name > Printer Settings Utility..."
I couldn't find in "all programs" the name of the printer nor the driver.
How do I set my printer to "TONER LOW ALERT"?
My PC runs Windows 7, 64 bit.
Thanks.

It's the Start menu in your Windows 7 PC, and if the program isn't in there it's likely because you never installed it.

Considering I answered your question with a single sentence, and it contains a direct link to the file you need to install in order to do what you are looking to do I can't fathom why you are restating the question

The driver from the link you gave, does not support Windows 7.

And yet it installs perfectly well if you download and install it on Windows 7x64, which is exactly the OS you stated in your first post.
