Cannot download driver and install for Phaser 3260

I am trying to download the driver to install the Phaser 3260 on my laptop and keep getting this error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /pub/drivers/3260/drivers/macOS10_15/ar/Xerox_Phaser_3260_Driver_1.08.00.dmg on this server.

I have tried in multiple browsers and keep getting the same error message. My OS is up to date.
