Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the software specifications and make sure you have met those.  Make sure you are downloading and installing the latest version of XDA dated May 14 of 2018. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Cannot install XDA on Windows 2008 SP2

Product Name: Xerox Remote Services
Operating System: Other – specify OS in post

Im trying to install XDA on Windows 2008 but I get an error attached2018-07-04_09-41-33.jpg
