Thank you for using the Support Forum. You do not mention which printer you are using so it is difficult to answer your question. The first thing to check is to make sure that http is enabled on the printer. Please go to the support page and select your machine and then search for http for the instructions. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

When I try to reach my new printer's web interface, I get this (from serveral computer within my network) I was able to install drivers and print over the network, but no luck reaching the webinterface...what's the trick?
