Cannot update firmware on 6515

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

Cannot update the firmware utilizing the instructions. Logged into the printer online as an admin. went to system tab, software tab.  Software is enabled however there is nothing else there to load the bin file to install the update.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. We have checked with our Firmware Team and they were able to download the release and it installed successfully. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are trying to use a VPN connection between the PC and the printer, the firmware download will most likely fail. The devices have maximum WebUI download timeout of 500 seconds. When using a VPN, transmission speeds are slower and the time to transmit the upgrade file can exceed timeout. What we can recommend is to establish a remote PC on your network. Then use the remote desktop to run the PC and upgrade machines from there.
