First off, I need to get the drivers for my FaxCentre F110 updated. The website told me to download and install the 'CentreWare' application (after leading me through about 5 different pages), which I then attempted to do.
However, upon installation it tells me to enable 'Digest Authentication' and 'Windows Authentication'. These options DO NOT exist in the 'Add Windows Features' page under 'Internet Information Services', where it instructs to select them. Am I going crazy? The other options that it asked to select were selected, but it keeps asking about those non-existant options.
To top it off, I called in, and after making me read out the serial number of the printer, they then asked if I have a contract number. Since I don't have one, she did not help me AT ALL. Just sent me back to the website, which I obviously know about! And why did she ask me to read out the serial number if she wasn't going to help me anyways!
I am very unhappy with xerox, and this has been a very frustrating experience.
