I have the same problem, the report for the period of certain days "no data" I have already tried to change the date format from the European format.
Are there new solutions? please suggest
PS. The general report on counters is generated normally.

Hi,
when we run our Usage Counter History report in the Xerox Centre Web software, we don't get any printers appearing on the report, but only a message saying 'no data'.
We have checked the settings on the Network - Historical Data screen as per the
'Xerox CentreWare® Web Guide' and they seem to be ok, but would there be any other flags/check boxes within the software that would need changed to get the report to run correctly?
