Hi,

Centreware Web only supports devices with internal RIPs, not external, any way the latest versions of FFPS can send that information to CWW. I'm not sure if 8000 and 700 RIPs can do it because they are not recent models. You need to call for assistence to someone install the latest software version, and then give a try.

CentreWare Web and sun system for the 8000 and the free flow for the 700s

Hello all,

 

   We have CentreWare Web running at a customer, but we are getting incorrect readings on the printers that have a front end of a Sun or Free Flow.  Or systems with Fiery and Creo seemt be reporting correctly.

 

   Is there a reason for this, or is a config erro nt he front end?
