Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you are using IE 10 please make sure that compatability mode is enabled.  Please also review the information on unexpected errors.  If these suggestions do not fix your issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Centreware failing to send alert emials, tons of errors in the eevent log

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We are running 5.9.22, and since ~9/1/2014 we have not been getting email alerts.

The Windws application event logs show the following errors (over and over again):

Sometimes, it is this error instead:

We've made no changes to our SQL server.
