Please take a look at this article on how to change the static IP address. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Changing of internal IP adress of the printer

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have been struggling to connect all of the office computers and laptops to this printer. The IP adresses of computers are 192.168.0.X and the IP adress of this printer is 192.168.1.X

I would like to change the IP adress of the printer from 1 to 0 so it can be recognized by all the computers.

I will appreciate any help
