I am new to this, so pardon me. I have been cloning and imaging WorkCentres for the past 2 years and we are now getting B615s. I am able to create a clone file but it seems to create a zip file (no DLM file inside the compressed folder). So it does not recognize the clone file when I try to image. Anyone has any suggestions? I've looked at the guide and manual, I can't find any information other than the regular steps on cloning. Thank you!
