Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the power cord is plugged into a dedicated outlet, not a surge protector, power strip or an extention cord.  If it still fails to complete the power up process then please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Color Qube 8700 hang in startup screen

Hi everyone,

 

We have received MFP Xerox Qube 8700, when we turn it on at first time, the screen shows "Powering is in progress" for about 45 minutes and does not show anything else. We have powered off it and turn on again but the issue is the same. Could someone please help us to resolve this issue ?

 

We tried this instruction :

-          Unplug all network cables

-          Open the front cover

-          Plug in power cord

-          Turn on MFP

However the issue still appears.
