ColorQube 8570 printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a ColorQube 8570 printer that I just got a few weeks ago. For some reason when I print certain file types, or off of certain website it only uses about 1/4 of my paper. It will re-scale everything to about 1/4 of my paper right in the center. Any idea why?
