Hi David,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please turn the machine off and remove the network cable and then power the machine on.  If the document still prints then take a look at this solution for an explnantion of what is printing.  Check to make sure the machine status button is not stuck down.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Colorqube 9201 spool startup guide

Hello to everyone,

Recently buyed a second hand Colorqube 9201.

When I turn on the machine always auto-spool a printing work called "User guide".

 

Anyone knows how can I disable this feature?
