I have Xerox Versalink machines. I would like my company logo to appear on the touch display. Where in the menu can I find an option enabling such a function or ask for information on how to achieve this effect in my devices?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. There is not a built in feature to change the display but there is a an app available through the Xerox App Gallery called Billboard Lite. Billboard Lite will let you display images on the screens of your VersaLink and other Xerox ConnectKey printers. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I guess there are no services about changing the logo.
The logo isnt just a logo. It shows the product development. So, there is on one i guess who is going to provide you ablity to change the logo, untill you buy the whole company and change the logo.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please see the response above, there is a way to change the logo using the Billboard Lite app.
Thanks for all the answers.
I also have one Xerox Atalink series device and in it I can set the wallpaper with the company's logo using the menu options. When the device is idle, it is shown on the display. I would like to achieve the same on my existing Versalink devices. Does the proposed Versalink software allow you to display a wallpaper with the company's logo when you exit the application? Just like it is possible in Atalinek.
Which AltaLink do you have? Is this the blocking screen settings when Authentication is enabled?
Where are the setting options to change the wallpaper if you are NOT enabling Authentication?
We need to have possibility, same like in Altalink device, company logo must be visible in the main screen of the device but device main screen is blocked by MPS software.
User must see this logo, before he will authenticate to the device. After authentication to MPS software, device is unlock and panel with icons/aplications is visible to user - features like copying, prining, ect.
Can you tell me if this scenario is possible in Versalink devices?
