No offense, but when you " uninstalled and reinstalled the driver " what exactly was done?

I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Xerox Print driver.

Myself and users are struggling with an error that has been persistant in the last month, the situation goes like this.
User minding their own business, not performing any action related to printing at all, than this message pops up
after clicking ok, it will pop up again anywhere from 1 -20 times, or alternates with this popup.
this second popup window will need to be clicked 50 + times for it to go away.
These popups will sparadically come and go, sometimes not happening at all, sometimes happening often. Sometimes this crashes users computers, not often but sometimes. We have a local network and these printers are shared, with the drivers being hosted from a file server. The driver being used is Xerox PrimeLink C9065 PCL6 - Any help is appreciated as i can't seem to find anything similar or useful anywhere.
