Hi,

Depend on what firmware have your machine so the Image Overwrite to be visible on the UI.

So if you have an older firmwrea try to do from machne web page:

If a " Disk Overwrite Now" function is needed to clear an overwrite error message from the UI, you will have to go through Centreware. Click Properties > Security Settings > Image Overwrite Security > On Demand Image Overwrite. Then select which overwrite you want to perform.

Control Panel Tools menu incomplete

Product Name: WorkCentre 4265
Operating System: Not Applicable

We are receiving an Image Overwrite Fault and need to manually perform the overwrite and confirm the Automatic setting is enabled.  We are attempting to do this through the Tools =>Security option from the Control Panel on the machine but the 'Security' sub-menu is not visible.

Logged in as Admin but seem to not have the option.  The error message is quite irritating.
