Hi Yatyas,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I was unable to find the error "Controller Fault".  But please take a look at the solutions for System Controller Error and see if these might help.  Remember that your machine has two power buttons and you need to turn them both off as seen in the first solution.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Controller Fault

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Just cloned a 5325 to another 5325. Now the second device has produced and error in the status line "Controller Fault". The first device is runnin fine and without error. The second device is on the same software version as the first. I unable to find any Xerox documentation describing the error code. Anyone here got any good suggestions, advice and or resolutions?
