Counters

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

I' m in the process of updating the printer with a pay per copy solution.

Now, one xerox partner offers me a Versalink 7025 with counters for bw, color and color with "less color" meaning that it cost something less than full color but more than bw and selling this 3 counter system as a very last in technology and a real moeny saving.. Another partner offers the same printer but just 2 counters, saying the 3 counters system no longer exist because the market basically refused it. Who might be right?
