Create user for Remote only

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

On my Altalink 8035-8045-8055 and 8070.. i'ts possible to create user access for Remote only ?
