I have been trying for WEEKS to get someone to reply to me on what my customer number is. I call support and ask them, they don't know then try to transfer me and I get disconnected....EVERY DAMNED TIME.... This is infuriating as I am told that I can do all these things online but , guess what, no I cannot. Why? Because I need to enter TWO items to proceed and one of them is the customer number. Instead of wasting peoples time how about you put in ONE item, the serial number, and then have THAT bring me somewhere that shows the rest of the information... Can ANYONE offer any advice?
