Hey all. I recently won a docucolor 240 at an auction not long ago. I finally got around to getting it plugged in and powered on today and immediately got greeted with the 124-315 error. I've done as much research as I possibly could and haven't really found much of anything on the topic. I've powered it off and unplugged the ac cord from the wall and plugged it back in and powered it on again, it acts like it's gonna boot up all the way and then I'm presented with the same fault/error code again. Anyone have any experience with this machine and maybe another suggestion? I don't know anything about these things. I was told that it was working two years ago before it was unplugged. The gentlemen who owned it passed away then and the estate people took over.
I read somewhere about an IOT mismatched speed or something like that and the suggested remedy was to power off and back on again which I've done several times. Thanks for any help in advance.
