What version of the app and connected to what printer?

Delete Scanned Images No Longer Works

Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

For several users in my office have encountered a problem with deleting scanned images in the Xerox Scan Utility. The utility acts like the images are deleted, but the next time the utility is started all of the deleted images reappear. All of these systems are running Windows 10.
