Hi,

073.060.075.34540 it is from 2015. 5 from 075 is the year, so 073.060.008.05210 is from 2018.

You can try to download and install a newer software from https://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-3655/file-download/enus.html?contentId=137424

Destination test button now showing WorkCentre 3655

Hello.

I have two WorkCentre 3655's in two locations.

One keeps failing to scan to the network folder even though they are both setup the same.
On the one that works I have firmware version 073.060.008.05210 installed and this one works fine.
This one also has a Destination Test button I can test it with.

The one I have an issue with is on firmware version 073.060.075.34540. Does anyone know why the Destination test button is not showing on this version? This is newer firmware but it seems to have less features.
