Maybe try logging in on the UI of the machine as administrator then go into tools. Go to service settings, service registration and see if it is there and enabled.

The device does not show the logo on the front panel of the machine, however when you go and upload the logo onto the Centreware of the machine, it shows that the logo should be on the machine.

 

The machines work fine, its just that the logo is not appearing on the front panel.

Hi Reproman 1984,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure I am understanding your question, are the machines not booting up or turning on or are they just missing the logo but otherwise working?  Please follow these solutions for no power if that is the issue paying particular attention to being plugged into a dedicated outlet.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Device Logo not appearing on new SPAR

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have recently upgrade a vary of different machine types to the latest SPAR(072.040.145.05000) released on 6th March 2015, now the logo won't appear on the devices. It shows on Centreware that the logo is on the device, however it does not show on the physical device. I have used this SPAR on WC6655, WC7855 and WC7970.

 

Any suggestions?..
