Re: Disabling apps on VersaLink, but users can still add them

Hello dortmund,

If you are logged in as the Administrator, you should be able to select ALL USERS or GUEST for whom you want the changes for. I don't have that device so I am not sure if they can add them back on their own. I did find a Video on our YouTube channel on this topic HERE.

There is also some solutions steps in the KB found HERE.

Thanks,

Disabling apps on VersaLink, but users can still add them

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

I've disabled apps on a VersaLink, so they dont appear on the screen.

However, when users press 'Customize' on the MFDs screen, they can then add the disabled apps and use them.

Is this expected behaviour?

How can I disabled them so users dont even get the option to add them?
