we need more information, is it on every print, does it work when printing through centreware?
If it does, then its probably a driver problem or a software problem.
What OS do you have?

Load this firmware version.
You need to disable it on the user interface. go to tools -> config -> settings -> config page

Working with the Phaser 4600 and would like to know how to disable the configuration page on startup. I have looked on the menu and via the web interface and cannot find where to disable this.
