Display screen fronzen white

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Please help, my display screen is stuck white. I already took a lot of it apart, and i can tell its not the actual display screen it's self, becuase i took another known good display screen from another device and it still didnt work.
