There is some sort of accounting lock enabled on it.

Login as the admin and see if you can then copy

Hi,

Its color or b/w that doesn't copy.

Yes, it does print fine. I printed color from Tray 5, 12x18, as well as 8.5x11 from Tray 1 and it printed fine. Supplies are all fine, one black is low but the other is full.

Is it only color and auto that fail or does BW fail as well (This will tell us if the auditron is enabled and your account is not able to make color copies)

 

Also, does it print ?

 

How are the supplies showing? (You certainly can't output in color if the fuser or a toner is empty)

Docucolor 242 Copying Issue

Good Afternoon,

 

I have a Docucolor 242. When I want to copy and put a document on the glass and hit copy, I get a message that says "Select an Output Color Option". But, when I go down to the color options, it won't allow me to pick any of the options, they are locked out. Any ideas, am I missing a setting?
