Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for the fault code you are seeing.  The scanner fault error has the same solution.  If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Document Centre 265

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have a DC265 that when it is powered on gives a scanner fault error. If we go into tools and do a system reset the machine will reboot and work properly. Any thoughts on what would be causing the scanner error? Error Code is 3.348.00.
