Ok... followed your instructions on downloading from the J75 webpage. It works! Thanks again!

If you get the wrong driver from EFI it won't find the Fiery. So if you grab the Pro Fiery driver for the J75 (What I linked due to your post) but you actually have the C75 EX-Pro or the C75 with Bustled/Integrated Fiery it won't work.

Best bet is to pull the driver from Webtools (Put the Fiery IP address in the address bar of your browser) as shown in my post. Can't be the wrong one in that case.

The choice in screenshot 1 will differ the display a bit, the registration page will be either before or after screenshot 3. The fields must be filled in, but totally irrelevant data can be used, as long as the phone and email address are formatted as such. They do not send you an email and it doesn't create an account of any kind, just an old school Captcha it seems

Oops. Spoke too soon. Tried to install and it's telling me it can't find any compatible printers, but my Mac sees it... what now? It won't install the software.

I stand corrected! I couldn't find ANYTHING on EFI that looked even remotely like the screenshots you uploaded. I used the link you had there and downloaded it. I even went back in through the main page and still couldn't find that area...THANK YOU! I appreciate the info! You're a life (and sanity) saver!

Re: Driver for Mojave?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea when an updated driver will be available for the J75 for Mojave!

Not sure when the next one is coming out, you may be able to contact EFI to find out.

I can't print to our Xerox AT ALL with the Mojave upgrade which has been out now since September 2018...

Ports stop you from printing, not drivers, you can simply print to the hold queue using near any driver (Generic PS will work) and add any advanced features in Command Workstation if and when needed. Drivers will impede your ability to color profile and saddle stich, they cannot stop you from doing them (Command Workstation can do it all without a driver)

the NEWEST driver for this copier is Yosemite, whose release date was October 2014!!! Seriously?

No idea where you are getting this information, are you trying to obtain a Fiery driver from EFI? If that is the case, don't, EFI makes the Fiery, Xerox only posts the driver at launch or after a major revision. EFi always hosts their  updated drivers on their own instead of having manufacturers distribute them , especially when they deploy them to the RIP itself. This also greatly helps clients who have mixed environments, Why go to Xerox, and Konica, and Canon and Toshiba separately when the devices are all fronted by an EFI RIP?

Latest driver for yours is 09/10/2018

You can also get the driver from the EFI Rip themselves, if you have the Fiery set to update automatically, the latest driver can be found in Webtools under the Downloads tab

And if it isn't set up properly to get updates, you can still get it from Webtools by going to Configure > Check for Product updates

Then select Print Drivers and it will display every driver they have released with the link to grab them. Note they had a Mojave driver October 9th.
