It won't install on Apple non-silicon either (at least not my pre-silicon iMac with OS 12.3.1 installed). I called Xerox, and they won't help. Very painful that you can't actually speak with someone who understands that you need your printer to work...
When I call them, they try to get me to install the drivers by IP address, but that doesn't work either. It isn't that I can't see the printer. It is there, but the new drivers just won't let you install. Glad it isn't just me but not glad we can't use our printers.
Same here, it will not allow it to install and now the printer is off line.
Yes, we're having the same issue since upgrading to Monterey. We have a Versalink C7000.
5.10.0_2305 won't accept Macintosh HD as install location (greyed out). Plenty of space. Has happened on 3 different machines - M1, iMac 27" 2017 & MacBook Pro 2018. Installed using system preferences, but don't have all the printer features i.e Poscript, which is a big one. We need it to print separations.
Installation of driver 5.10.0 (2305) on Mac HW M1 successfully completes 'This package will run a program to determine if the software can be installed.' but suceeding screen install button is grayed out. Cannot proceed with installation. Works fine on non-ARM hardware.
Anyone else experiencing same?
