In this case, the EHR program engineers found that the program needed to be adjusted, not the printer/copier. It takes quite a wrestling match to come to those conclusions. My wish would be that Xerox would have a facilitator assigned to navigate these issues with those EHR/EMR programmers, to alleviate these headaches in advance. It wouldn't be that difficult and it would save Dealers and Techs, time and money.

Is there a setting in the Xerox drivers that make them more compatible with EHR programs? Right now, it seems they are less compatible than HP drivers.
