EIP SDK support

Hello,

 

We are developing our embedded EIP SDK application as Xerox partner. Unfortunately we met small problem on new device model. We can't find any solution based on SDK documents. We are looking for relevant place to request support about mentioned problem. Can you please show us such portal or email address where we can request with our question?
